Bocaditos, Nube Gris and Rubicon

Three dogs united by disgrace, but who are finally safe at Scooby. We’ll start talking about Bocaditos, a Podenco puppy who, after having been run over, was taken to the Zamora shelter by the Guardia Civil. He came to Medina to receive veterinary treatment. Truth is that it won’t be easy to find a solution, for he has a broken femur and he is a puppy. He’ll need a pretty expensive operation, and we’ll need your help. First of all to pay it, and after that to adopt him, for it would be a real pity if after the operation he would have to stay at Scooby. We call him Bocaditos (bites) because as he is scared, every now and then he will give you small bites to defend himself, but I’m sure that in your home he will find his place and he will feel safe forever. Will it be you who will give him that home and peace that he couldn’t found here?

NUBE GRIS (Gray Cloud) is a Husky puppy who was also run over. An SOB abandoned him being a puppy. He was probably a Christmas present, but he has grown too much and he wasn’t funny enough. He has a hip fracture, and even if we don’t have to operate him for he is beginning to walk (very little because he has to rest so that his hip consolidates), he looks funny to me because as he feels defenceless, every time a dog passes by, he will bark to defend himself. Your home would be wonderful for him, so go for it, he is no more than 5 months old.

RUBICON, if the three stories are tragic, his is incredible. He is very sweet, he still loves human beings. Very young, of no more than 6 months, and he’s been abandoned for a long time now, and if this was not enough, he has old fractures almost healed, both back legs broken and his hip is like an 8. Truth is that the poor dog is a bit deformed but he is very funny. I can assure you that if you adopt him, you won’t have a dog for an exhibition, but you will surely have a dog who will make you tremendously happy and proud to have been able to give him the life he deserves.

Hasta pronto, see you soon.
