You all know by now that Scooby Is collaborating with El Refugio del Burrito from Malaga, to pick up temporarily some of their donkeys.

Ivan is the manager from El Refugio, and an animal lover. He has 5 dogs as pets, plus some other animals. Two of them are galgos, a rottweiller, and two mix breeds, all of them charming, and he found them all abandoned and kept them, which was a luck for them.

He, together with another association in defence of the animals have organized a gathering with people with adopted Galgos on November 2nd in Fuente de Piedra, Malaga (place where El Refugio is), to which we were invited.

We all gathered at the shelter at 11am and had a walk with the dogs around it to know the place. We then walked to the town, where we ate something, and in the afternoon we went back to the shelter, where some ability tests were done between masters and dogs.

It was a very nice day (we had almost 23°), and it helped us to get to know the job of the different associations who were participating of the event, to give information and try that these kind of events become more usual in Spain.

From Scooby, we are very happy that people count on us, and hope to be able to organize an event of the kind here, where you will all be invited, and we are sure we could count on you.
