A short update to inform you about the dogs in Sevilla, later more news. Since our latest update we went back to Sevilla to take more dogs, so now we have about 80 dogs rescued in our shelter. But a new problem appeared, because Antonio doesn’t want to release more dogs. This is going to be a big problem, because he is a private person and the dogs are his property. We reported the case to the Guardia Civil, but it will take a long time before the judge will decide because of this. So hopefully we will be able, with the help of the local people we are cooperating with, to have Antonio to change his mind so that we can rescue more dogs. We are ready for it, but all we can do for the moment is to wait.

Some of the dogs we rescued are doing very well. The skinny dogs are getting fat very quickly, so will be available for adoption sooner as we expected. Because of their history they deserve high priority for adoption, so as soon as they are healthy and castrated, you will find them on the adoption page.

During the past week we received sympathy, donations and help offers from all over Europe. We would like to thank everyone involved, the people who spread the news and the people who reacted and decided to help us. Please continue supporting us, we can’t do it without you. We received 80 dogs so far, and the expenses for feeding them and giving them medical care are an enormous sacrifice.
